The team onsite here are lovely, very professional, friendly, and willing to go that extra mile. A special thanks to Dilup, Luke, Prem and the rest of the team from the office, to the front of house, the restaurant Manager I think was Raj and the Chef. The facilities at this site has their own Conference Center of meeting rooms, spaces, bar areas, own ablutions.. everything you could need we would definitely use them again.

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

Please do test the event room Projectors before the event and when onsite the day before an event.

The staff were very patient and responsive during the booking process. When we arrived we were looked after very well and every need was accommodated.

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

The lunch was very light and I think a few more options for hot food would have been appreciated

We were delighted to hold out awards ceremony at the Berystede Hotel and Spa. The hotel team worked extremely well with us. Bernadette helped with our set-up and a team of four helpers were on hand at the end to help with clear away and load equipment in our cars. The Berystede is a great hotel with great facilities. We would definitely recommend.
