The venue overall was excellent, couldn't fault anything. The meeting room was spacious and was well equipped. The food at breakfast and lunch good. Nice bar and restaurant area, although on the small side. The bedrooms were very spacious and some had views of Windsor Castle. The staff were courteous and professional,

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

Being a town center hotel their is limited parking onsite and it's expensive. There are no gym or leisure facilities but close to the Long Walk for those that like a run in the morning! Great location for exploring Windsor town center, opposite the castle and a few minutes walk from the River Thames.
