Head Chef Mo and Group Head Chef Ronnie Kimbugwe, formerly Sous Chef of Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, have worked together to create a menu that boasts the best in modern British cuisine, using only the freshest seasonal produce, sourced locally.

The stunning interior was designed by talented Designer Nicola Harding, creating a contemporary décor whilst retaining a wealth of original features - natural stonewalling, Inglenook fireplaces and oak beams.
