The Olde Bell, nestled in the Berkshire village of Hurley yet only an hour from central London, is a modern day coaching inn renovated by the designer Ilse Crawford. With parts of the inn dating back to 1135 there is heritage creeping out of every beam and inglenook.
The main Inn houses the communal activities of eating, drinking, lodging, while the auxiliary buildings house private gatherings, including conferences. From the historic beamed Tithe Barn (seating up to 150 delegates) to the smaller more intimate rooms of the Malt House (seating between 10 and 45 delegates), we can accommodate all types of conferences. We also offer presentations, conferences and team-building exercises.
Eating and drinking is central to the inn (awarded 19/20 in Waitrose Food Illustrated), serving locally sourced, seasonal food. We also offer particularly popular feasting menus - encouraging sociability among the groups.

M4 J-8/9, follow signs for A404.Leave dual carriageway at 3rd exit for Henley A4130, at the roundabout (Burchett’s Green) go straight over towards Hurley and Henley-on-Thames. Pass the Red Lyon on the left and continue down the hill. At the bottom turn right into Hurley Village. The Olde Bell is half a mile down the high street.
