overview

Located at the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Royal Observatory – Flamsteed House at Royal Museums Greenwich – provides a stunning setting for any event. The ROG is one of the most important scientific sites in the world, home of British astronomy, Greenwich meantime & the prime Meridian of the world. Founded in 1675 by Charles II and designed by Sir Christopher Wren, this elegant venue is ideal for high profile dinners, receptions & product launches. From the Meridian courtyard guests can enjoy spectacular views across London and gaze at the stars with a private, astronomer-led telescope viewing.

Peter Harrison Planetarium is London’s only planetarium. It is a stunning combination of late Victorian grandeur and contemporary architecture. Here guests can take their seats within London’s only planetarium where they will be taken on a journey to the stars and beyond before enjoying a reception in the spectacular new astronomy galleries or the adjoining terrace.
