The company that was hosting the conference had supplied lots of their own staff to greet people and work the cloakroom and handout goodie bags. And they were all very smiley and help.
The conference space was ideal for the BMC Exchange for the conference partner exhibitors to host their stands in the breakout areas and the main stage area for the actual conference.
The hotel staff were a bit invisible. The catering staff didn't smile at all.
No tips or advice for the organiser needed the event ran really efficiently.

The event was hosted by BMC and as a regular conference they invite CEO level delegates from large blue collar companies, BT, Virgin etc. The staff we all very professional and provided food and drink on time and with a smile. I am looking forward to the next one which is scheduled for October 2018.
