The Chase conference was for charities staff across the UK. Attractive speakers included Esther Rantzen. The main conference hall was used for exhibition space which was very busy. The same hall was used to serve the lunch. Tall tables were dotted around the room which were used. As I use a wheelchair my spot to eat was next to the coffee machine. Not advisable.
The room to sit and hear the speakers was adequate and the microphone worked well in a Q&A format.
The brewery is a huge venue and very accessible. Staff are everywhere to help.

All the staff I encountered as a delegate throughout the day were helpful and attentive. With the breakout rooms spread across floors the signage is good, but staff help to keep everyone on track.
