overview
Part of a Joint Venture with Network Rail. It’s part of Paddington Station itself, with the main entrance from Eastbourne Terrace and a second entrance on Platform 1.
Like all the best stations, Paddington was built by Brunel and our building is Grade 1 Listed, dating from 1854. The building is being refurbished to restore all of the original character and detailing – so that’s the mouldings, brick-vaulted ceilings, arches, steel columns etc. There will be no suspended ceilings or recessed lighting, just lots of space and natural light. It helps that we’re using great architects DMFK.
With offices on the ground right up to the fourthfloor there will be a range of shapes and sizes. These will be backed up by a conferencing space, meeting rooms, lounges, kitchens, focus rooms and telephone booths. As well as ClubRooms which provides shared drop-in work space perfect for both internal and external coworking, meetings and freelancers.
