Bishopsgate Institute is a home for ideas and debate, learning and enquiry based in the City of London, just near Spitalfields Market. We have been offering talks, concerts and courses, as well as a library in our stunning Grade II* listed Arts and Crafts building since it was established in 1895.
Bishopsgate Halls, our dedicated venue hire service, can offer you bespoke solutions to all your event needs.
With our catering partners, benugo, we can host conferences, dinners, launches, examinations and concert rehearsals, as well as more intimate meetings and training sessions in our beautiful building.
Our newly refurbished Great Hall is a flexible, charismatic and rare large capacity space in the City of London, and our original Victorian boardroom suite offers options for smaller meetings. With its open patio and garden, the Courtyard Room is ideal for meetings, presentations and training sessions.

Bishopsgate Institute is just two minutes walk from Liverpool Street mainline and underground stations. Bank, Moorgate and Aldgate tube stations are also close by.
A limited number of parking spaces are available for disabled parking permit holders in our car park. If you wish to use these, you will need to contact us to book them in advance.
Four additional disabled parking spaces are available outside Bishopsgate Institute in Brushfield Street.
An NCP car park is also available at White's Row, off Commercial Street.
