Situated close to both rail and underground stations Clapham can be used for training, filming or corporate events. It offers the possibility of exclusive use to set up a full film set or production studio making it perfectly suited to the full range of Production requests. Clapham can also accommodate corporate Events such as fashion Sales.

The Drill Hall can be transformed into a rehearsal studio or made up to depict various film sets such as a factory or Old Bailey. The Bar can be revamped and turned into a 1950’s blues bar or an American Diner. The possibilities are endless!

The front of the building can create the look of a Police Station and the derelict garages make a unique space for a photoshoot.
