We used the DoubleTree Hilton for a business meeting and overnight accommodation for our colleague team in December 2023. Relatively light touch requirements for the meeting, which was quite informal - the room we were given was a modest size but suitable for our needs. Tea & coffee was somewhat limited and there were only a couple of self service machines, so it took a while for everyone to serve themselves but otherwise was all good. We did not have any particular queries on the day to need resolving, all went smoothly - the Reception team were helpful when we needed them. There was some confusion about whether our guests had breakfast included or not in their room rate (there was a confusing mixture of those who did, and those who didn't, although we were all on the same booking) so that took some resolving, but otherwise all good.
Well-located for events in Gunnersbury and Kew, a good size space and has parking onsite. Good service and nice facilities.
