The First Floor Reception is a flexible 1,276m² space with capacity for 1,000. The space is a blank canvas, boasting natural daylight and an adjoining outdoor terrace with magnificent views of Canary Wharf and the City.

The Theatre is ideal for product launches, conferences, exhibitions, talks, screenings and presentations. With a 6m ceiling height and high-end conferencing technology, the 2,385m² space has capacity for up to 1,000 people.

In-house catering is provided by Smart Hospitality, who have a very straightforward approach to food: select the best seasonal ingredients to create fresh, vibrant dishes.

Here East also benefits from live event and brand communication partner, Smart Live, who can help transform your event into an experience. From digital registration and communication platforms, event design and content development, to full project management, they are here to help.

Venue hire is from £5,000 and excludes all mandatory staffing costs, catering and production.
