Since opening in 2014 our vision has been to work with our customers and suppliers to provide high-quality, sustainable and market-leading digital conference facilities. Horizon Leeds boasts five flexible spaces plus a communal refreshment and workstation area, all of which can be adapted to suit a wide range of events from 6 – 250 delegates

We provide a superior range of venue hire solutions that incorporates large screens with integrated PA systems, wireless presenter technology and ceiling speakers. Launching a product and want to showcase its benefits? With our AR, VR and interactive poll technology, you can truly immerse the audience in your brand’s world, and gain confidential feedback in real time. Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility at Horizon, and together, we can think of innovative ways to make your event a success..

We've teamed up with the superb Catering Yorkshire to provide mouth watering, eye catching food prepared fresh every time. Using locally sourced ingredients, they pride themselves on creating lovingly crafted field to fork menus that cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements.

By choosing Horizon you are also helping your organisation to meet its CSR targets. Horizon is owned and run by NHS Confederation, which is a not for profit organisation. This means that any profit made by Horizon is reinvested into NHS Confederation, to fund the services it provides for the NHS. All the more reason to choose Horizon.

  All team members at Horizon are very professional and helpful. The modern facilities are top quality and we have already booked in our next conference to take place here. We would definitely recommend this venue.

  Book as far in advance as possible as it is a great venue and is likely to book up fast.

  Natalie, Tracey and Cat always go above and beyond for us and I wish I could put all my events into Horizon Leeds. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team and my delegates always receive the best welcome as they arrive.

  Use the digital white board, it is amazing and add a fantastic interactive element to your event which you do not get in many venues. Look at the different catering options available as well,
