It would be great to learn a little more and please do tell us about any team members that went the extra mile for you?

This is a really well run venue, we used the Riverside Suite on the top floor with amazing views of London and had a drinks reception on the rooftop which the delegates loved. The conference room (Kelvin Lecture Theatre) was the ground floor and I initially I was worried about the distance but it really worked the lifts are fast and a lot of people took the stairs. The staff are really helpful at this venue and the standard of food provided was very high.

Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?

If you book the Kelvin Lecture Theatre the comms rooms is one flight up - I found this really difficult for checking through slides and dealing with last minute changes for speakers, I would advise getting a tech desk in the actual room and paying the extra for this. This venue is great but beware they as other London venues do charge for everything! including disposing of your rubbish so make sure you factor this in.
