The restaurant has a conservatory at the back for alfresco dining with the advantage of an electric roof to enable year round dining. The conservatory features cedar wood decking and the theme continues into the restaurant with limestone and cedar wood panels. Beautiful, deep red walls are embossed with words taken from Dante’s poetry lending an air of romanticism to this elegantly styled restaurant.
The front of house team is led by Santo Marini, who skilfully orchestrates the slick, efficient service that our customers are consistently assured of. His fine dining background and training, coupled with his excellent relationship with staff and customers alike, make him the perfect choice for Il Convivio.
