From impressive corporate events through to romantic weddings and celebrations, the hotel is able to cater for every type and size of gathering from 2 to 1500 guests, with a truly personalised service.

Our thirteen smaller spaces can accommodate from 2 to 200 delegates with natural daylight. The Nine Kings Suite can hold up to 1,200 guests for dinner, as well as 650 guests in the adjoining reception foyer and offers natural daylight, whilst our Westbourne Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 1500 people.

Royal Lancaster London is adjacent to Lancaster Gate Station on the Central line, whilst Paddington Station on the District, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Bakerloo lines is 5 minute walk way and offers great transport links via train to the rest of the UK, plus the Heathrow Express which takes just 20 minutes to Heathrow Airport.

  It would be great to learn a little more and please do tell us about any team members that went the extra mile for you?
  

  I've been a client at the hotel for over 10 years and have run many ceremonies there. The team greet me like an old friend and always look out for me. The space is super flexible, as is the service. I think it is quite telling how long so many of the staff have been there. I love the hotel's ethical ethos and that it is independently owned.

  Do you have any good advice/tips for other bookers/organiser?
  

  It's well worth talking to the ops team for ideas on how to make the space work as they probably have an example of what you want to do. Both the Nine Kings and Westbourne can be sectioned off and often turned around quite quickly.
