Our amazing exhibitions, astounding galleries and creative blank canvas spaces combine to make the Science Museum a unique and inspiring London venue for corporate or private hire.
We offer 11 contrasting event spaces, from the 400-seat IMAX® cinema to the popular gallery Making the Modern World. Accommodating up to 750 guests in one gallery for a reception, or up to 400 for a dinner, we cater for a broad range of events, such as conferences, product launches, receptions, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and Christmas parties.
Several cost-effective, added-value elements are available, including: unique branding features and in-house explainers for our Wonderlab: The Equinor Gallery. Choose from an extensive list of approved suppliers for catering, AV and entertainment.

The nearest tube station (10 minutes walk) is South Kensington on the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. A pedestrian subway runs directly from the ticket barrier at South Kensington station to the Main Entrance of the Museum.
Gloucester Road tube station is a 15 minute walk away and is based on the Circle, District and Piccadilly line.
