Attached to the Yorkshire Museum, Tempest Anderson Hall, built in 1912, offers a 300 theatre style capacity auditorium making it an ideal venue for lectures, seminars, conferences, concerts, films and events. The Hall is fully equipped with AV equipment including a 3.5 x 7 metre projection screen. Catering is provided in the unique Hospitium, a 14th century listed building opposite the Hall in the Museum gardens.
The Hall has a 3.5 x 7 metre projection screen and AV equipment and has a break-out room next door, which is ideal for pre-conference registration or refreshments.
Many conference clients also choose to hire The Hospitium, in the Museum Gardens, which offers a complementary space for workshops and/or lunch.
