he House is set in an expanse of 1500 acres of well-kept gardens, mature parkland and woodland. In the 18th Century Capability Brown, the leading landscape architect of the time created the idealised 'picturesque' landscape that you see today. There fine views of the House from the East Avenue and Elm Walk plus the Palladian Little Temple creates a timeless focal point in the distance.
There are a number of exquisite rooms, ideal for receptions within the House that are both licensed for Civil Ceremonies and available for dining. In addition, the South Terrace is perfect for a drinks reception, allowing you and your guests to take in the spectacular countryside and surroundings.
