The Hotel is Founded in 1876, this impressive property, which is steeped in history and full of character, combines contemporary comforts and amenities with quintessentially English décor and charm.
Throughout 2015, the hotel underwent a full £8M renovation, restoring the original Victorian townhouse features, including the lobby’s grand staircase, reception, Restaurant/bar and each guest room has been contemporarily finished for a home-away-from home feel.
Further to the (full) renovation, the hotel now offers 4 different guestroom concepts (over 5 floors): City Gent, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kensington & the Great Exhibition and Henley Regatta's. All Rooms are fitted with a power-hub (UK, Intl' and US plugs) which include USB power-sockets.
