Located within walking distance from both Victoria Station and St James Park underground stations, the most extraordinary and impressive feature of the building is the double galleried painted hall which is ideal for formal lunches and dinners for up to 200 people. The Hall features some of the original features of the Hall used during the Titanic inquiry.

For smaller events, the Officers Mess Suite comprises of five interconnecting elegant reception and dinning rooms for up to 40 guests. Alternatively, the space creates a large reception area for a cocktail party or a pre-dinner drinks reception for up to 70 guests.

The Reception rooms can be used as small breakout or meeting rooms for up to 10 delegates each, with modern kitchen facilities available. There is also a guest and service lift.
