The Willow Works is the only surviving building of what was once one of the main cottage industries of the area. It has a century of local significance as a place where people learned and maintained the tradition of willow working. The building has been restored and now offers offices, exhibition and training rooms. It is a modern facility, offering a unique setting for community events, meetings, educational programmes and private functions.
