York Conferences is the largest commercial business at The University of York. All our surplus income is reinvested into The University of York’s World Class Research and teaching facilities.

York is located just 45 minutes from Leeds Bradford and under 2 hours from Manchester International airport. By train we are under 2 hours from London and under 2 ½ hours from Edinburgh and then by road we are just 30 minutes from the M62 and under 20 minutes from the A1 motorway.

Whatever your event size or the type of venue you are looking for York Conferences will have something to match. Whether it be for small 1:2:1 meetings in our floating pods, 30 people in boardroom in our panelled Huntingdon Room, once hosting King Henry VI or 1,190 delegates in our tired auditorium let us do the searching for you.
